New Ten Wheeler in Columbia Gorge

Locomotive is a new Bachmann 4-6-0, pulling some Wheels of Time passenger cars. The locomotive happens to be lettered for OWR&N, and the cars are based on OWR&N prototypes also. The layout is PANT's (Portland Area N-Trak's) club layout at the Sandy River/Troutdale modules.
