New layout plan for 2008, revision 5

Staging deck, revision five. Including a compound curved ladder exiting from staging, with tight spots noted in a purpler colour. Helix now starts at support 2, with the entry between 2 and 8, so clearance is good. All points should be within easy reach and not overly overhung. Added rerailers where possible - which usually isn't, thanks to the curves.
