Modifications to Kato SP SD70M

Modifications include removing stock nose grab irons and replacing w correct lower SP style, painted nose door window, painted ditchlight brackets red, painted headlight casing metal, and painted the handrail ends white. 9818 is the Kato model, and 9813 is an Athearn for comparison (similiarly modified w/ the grab rails)
