InterMountain SD40T-2 decoder installation

To use drop in decoders, the motor metal strip should be modified, because of the misaligned contacts on the decoder circuit board. I used the same tecnique to install a traditional wired decoder. This method isn't my idea. I browsed the Internet and found a fellow modeler's website showing this. Sorry I can't remember the URL nor the name of this guy.
