HO Tower - Hancock, WV

HO Tower on the CSX Cumberland Division (ex-B&O) at Hancock, WV. Presently manned however it is scheduled for demolition in early 2007 per the towerman.

      Question. I looked up Hancock WV...nearest rail is New Cumberland, mile and a half west as the crow flies.
      Is this a now abandoned line through Hancock, or is it some place else?
      Just curious.
      However, there is a Hancock Maryland, in that narrow strip bewteen WV and Pennsylvania, right on the line, north of Berkeley Springs on 522. Is that it?
