Great shots! Where did you shoot this?

Looks like a former depot at the right side...

That's a great photo, and I love the scheme on the locos.

Thanks guys, the location is Cisco IL, a section of former ICG track that terminates in Decatur IL. These two locomotives are rebuilt Geep 8s and are former NS, former Conrail. The Decatur Junction has a simple yet attractive paint scheme. The depot is a former IC structure. Check out the Decatur Junction's ex Santa Fe GP20's!

jim this section doesn't terminate in decatur. it terminates is assumption, il. which is 20 miles south of decatur. these loco are in my town of moweaqua just north of assumption every other day. the elevator here loads 40 cars every other day for adm in decatur. the decatur junction line actually ends in decatur and the moweaqua-assumption elevator co-op has leased the line south with the junction to service for 20 years. i will get some pics for you of the south end shortly. mitch

Is any of this a part of the old C&IM? Or is it a completely different operation?

boxcab completely different, this is old illinois terminal and illinois central trackage. c&im is close to me also as it terminated in taylorville. still some remnetns there. every once in awhile you will see some coal hoppers stored on the west side until the plant can handle them and the old turntable and roundhouse area is still viewable however the table is long-gone and the house is only 2 stalls wide and is used for junk storage.
