      Ties seem to be optional here, as well as well-drained ballast.

      Oh, there are ties there, just well sunken into the ground. We are getting a quote to rehab this siding and connect it with the museum in Rosenberg. That way we can bring active railcars onto the facility. We are land locked right now.
