Carfloat construction - track and apron base

The apron base sits on the lower foam step, and the bridge is secured at the far end, meeting the two branches of the wye turnout. The bridge has pivots at the far end. as the near end must raise and lower with the water level. That's why the piece of foam is stuck in there to hold it up.
