One of the few that I have seen lately that I like....just a bit more industry, and if you have the room, extend the sides, and you have the makings for a spankin nice layout.....I might even borrow the plan from you?
This is a sweet plan for the room size Mike. 19.5 foot is perfect for your double ended split ladder yard and stub end loco / car storage tracks. I like that you opted for limited sidings and a double track mainline for more scenic running. Jerry
