a real strange engine

I bought this engine on the German ebay. The previous owner modified this model in European style. The front reminds me of a French steam engine.

      I have the same engine but with US pilot on front. It's a Rivarossi N&W or C&O Y6b with pizza cutter flanges and humungus analog motor filling entire cab..No good on my code 83, or NCE throttle. How would one couple up at front with the European red and white buffers. Wacky !
