44" hollow core door

I cut an 8 inch wide slice out of another door and attached a spline the size of the interior dimension of the door (a hair less than 1 1/8 inches) to the edge of the 36 inch door. I knocked back the cardboard interior pieces on the strip, slid it over the spline and secured it with brads and glue.
