This is a Charles Ro R1936 woodside box car with plastic wheels and is a 1:24 scale ratio. USA Trains now calls this 1:24 scale ratio cars the American series. This should be advertised as a early Charles Ro Santa Fe box car, looks to be in very great shape. Being how the plastic parts are still in bags makes this a great buy. It's hard to tell from the photo as to what type couplers you have on there, but if I had to guess it looks like hook and loop style
