Yup - Found it -- place called Amherst Supply lists it

70 Atlas GP-7 Northern Pacific #568 1 $142.75

Well - it does say from 12/81 so I guess to a collector its an okay price. BUT $33.95 for Shipping = NOT! Shipping for that would be $2.75 USPS 1st class, plus @ $3.50 for the insurance, and being generous, $3 for S&H = $9.25 which in reality is still high.
The citation was from eBay Canada-- so I think the shipping would be to Canada for $33.95, not within the USA. I know international postage has taken a huge jump since last year. The CP open hopper in question used to sell in collector circles for hundreds of dollars more than the seller's asking price. It's considered one of the scarcer cars. MTL's own reprints of this car in 1998 and 2001, and the later Runner Pack in 2007, are a lot less expensive.
Mostly old Atlas and Bachmann cars (although there are a FEW MT's but no boxes for anything), more tripple dome tank cars than you can shake a stick at...and not one but TWO High Speed locomotives. $640 (or $20 a car) plus $34 shipping... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Huge-Lot-of...801251?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item3cd2179f63
Is ULTRA rare really rarer than just regular rare? If so then why are there two available? OK, they are brass but I just liked the ultra rare aspect and the grammar errors. My favorite line is " AND HERES A ONCE IN A LIFE TIME TO GET 1 RARE PIECES .... !!!" http://www.ebay.com/itm/OVERLAND-UL...563873?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item2ec8651721 http://www.ebay.com/itm/OVERLAND-UL...382332?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item2c6f91b9fc

Here's an engine I've never seen before: A Santa Fe 2-6-4T(?). OK it's not a T but it doesn't have a separate tender. No MFR listed. He only has a few of them and they all don't work (except this one): $100 (and $11.25 shipping) http://www.ebay.com/itm/N-SCALE-VIN...621974?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item2ec771d616
Quick trip to Spookshows website and it's a Lima 2-6-4 Q1B tank engine (with less than stellar reviews..."another example of Lima dreck"). Engine is from the 1970's.
Old junk Bachmann train set (looks to be missing some of the track), $190. I'd hate to buy this one for my son expecting...anything. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Bac...221936?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item1c328d8db0
What? Life Like (I don't think it's good enough to even be Life Like) bubble pack engine and three cars. They look like they are just plastic toys. No track or anything else for $45: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-N-G...548855?pt=Model_RR_Trains&hash=item33825e4777
I received a box full of the rolling stock for Christmas this year. I looked them up on Spookshow's website. They're part of Aurora's "Red Ball Express" set, approximately N scale size, but with horn hook couplers and oversized trucks, plastic toys is a good description. The good news is, they can be converted to N scale, with some work.
REALLY??????????????? For $26!!!! http://www.ebay.com/itm/eSPee-Custo..._RR_Trains&hash=item1e7b45d0fa#ht_3203wt_1091
Thats EXACTLY what it is Ken! I have seen these advertised on Evilbay before and the guy stated that these were made from the old Con Cor molds.
