It's at a Harley dealer. I know nothing of this situation, other than saw it, screeched to a halt, and took a fast picture. Not part of the store, I think maybe the property used to be a fun-type burger place and is now just a liquor store along a highway in Indiana. Those windows look strange from this angle. Have they been uncovered? Is that primer paint? Good eye, I think that is primer. I'm thinking they replaced the windows and did some framework and thus primered the area. Lots of window work in this heat.
