    It says you can apply for access forms. They even give you a address to write to.

    It's almost better just to have it sealed up for the future. But I can see shooting a couple horror movies in there.

    Thanks for this link. It made me realize that my son had worked above those tunnels for years. And I'll try to find out whether they encountered any evidence when they dealt with that Wacker Drive.
