Looking for a site with lots of pictures of topography/contour (hills, mountains, streams)? I see lots of 2-D pictures of layouts but basically they just show the track from the 100,000 foot level....and I can't make heads nor tails of the lay of the land.... Looking for ideas to do some modeling 'benchmarking' on....in other words I have little imagination and need to 'glom' onto some ideas...lol
I'd suggest RailImages too... and the Weekend Foto Fun threads in the Inpsection Pit are always a good place to get great ideas from! Sort by number of views and you'll see them all come to the top of the list!
