Anyone that tries to vandalize it will be gobbled up by that big smiling mouth... It's gotta be fed sometime, right?
Rails to Trails, a wildly variable idea. Sometimes they work, other times no. We have at least one here in Alabama (eastern) attached to a college town. Seems to be in the right place at the right time. Another, north of Birmingham, more rural. Landowners rightly protested and blocked it due to vandals and trash dumping. Sometimes the public gets what it deserves. Too bad it hurts others.
It's 30 miles north of Minot, in the middle of nowhere. Stranger things have happened, but it's fairly far from that kind of riffraff.
