    Hard coaler - Russell is right, that signal mast is on the mainline and the inspection train is on the wye. That puts it at about 200 yards from me and the signal is about 90 yards from me. Yup, zooming can mess up perspectives! But got to stay off property as much as possible!

    Prime mover catastrophically failed, and it's being stripped of usable parts and later scrapped.

    It's always good to see these old birds soldier on! Amazing bit of technology, and built to last! As long as you can find an electrician that knows how to maintain that old school E-I coil tech!
