From April 1989 is this low-rez Kodachrome taken at Gallitzin, PA behind AR Tower. We're at the summit of the PRR's mainline over the Alleghenies and helpers are moving on a loop track, headed downgrade for another push. At one time, the PRR had an extensive engine facility here.
