    Really like the SP 'Pumpkin' Scheme. They also did a 'B' unit as well as a couple of F-7's in that scheme. Here are a Couple of very unique N scale 'chip cars. The WP is 45' but was really a drop bottom Gon [ used a Model Power]. No ladders, stirrups instead and a beveled top. No decals so lettering was individual. The SP&S used 40' double sheathed boxcars for some 'chippers'. Eastern roads did the same thing but used steel boxcars.

    That SP&S conversion has a nice look to it, kind of a squeeze every ounce of profit out of the car project.

    If UP took over the SP & MP railroads 20 to 30 years earlier could have been at Sugar Land.

    The turbine running at the Oklahoma City Train Show. I would think the sound could get annoying after a while.
