Candy, at my age the problem is WORAM, Write Only Random Access Memory. I have all these wonderful memories acquired throughout my life. Sadly, they are recalled randomly resulting from triggers during conversations, both online or verbally, that have no bearing on the current conversation. The individual(s) with whom I am conversing often give me the most quizzical looks wondering what the H**L I just said, and how it applied to our conversation. TSO, TLS....Too Soon Old, Too Late Smart.
Have you tried cleaning the lens? It looks like you might have oils from your fingertips on it! Be careful, wipe softly and don't use harsh solvents or kleenex/paper towels/napkins. Lens wipes might do the trick!
