here's the first part of my weekend, although I had to cheat. I took the pic in July. Took the camera to work today but with flat batteries... anyways weather was dull and a bit wet today. This is the same train type I was rostered on today known as the Millennium trains.

Great work guys this would have to be my favorite thread every week. I have been fairly busy myself this week, I have almost finished my MoPac transfer caboose. Still awaiting caboose decals but so far am please with the result. You can read a step by step topic here Building a MoPac transfer Caboose
And another cross posting, the newly shopped MoPac 1690: And MoPac X1690: The GP 15-1 is a JnJ shell riding on an Atlas GP7 mechanism.
managed to get my hands onto some C&NW Operation Lifesaver decals, so the un-numbered C44-9 became 8717, the longest part was finding a pic of a Dash9 with the decals it seems that every pic I have is of the 86's until the last pic you look at and Voila!!!
Carl Sowell: Did you mask the PA1? Excellent work and one of my projects. (So far, I have only done the B unit, which is all black. )
Bobby, What you need to do is select the photo you want to post, click on the full image then right click. Select properties then copy the link, then paste into image box. The reason your pic is small is you copied the libk of the thumbnail. Here is what it should look like. Russ, Love that shot but how could I not being MOPAC </font>[/QUOTE]What is the size of that layout??? Jim

San Antonio-Houston gets out of town. Six geeps passing B. Lee Transfer. Sending some MOW equipment to Houston for repair or scrapping. Caboose passes east end yard office while SD7 moves into position for the run to El Paso. No one fishing from the bridge today at Salado Creek. Very little room there and a dangerous thing to do anytime!
