It's no surprise that there's a serious lack of modern N scale vehicles (aside from the Intermodal-related trucks from Trainworx, Kato, etc).
    Especially buses.

Now there's a relatively new company based in Florida called Iconic Replicas, which makes some wonderful buses, such as:

    An Amtrak Thruway bus

A Chicago CTA New Flyer city bus.

A New Flyer Los Angeles Metro Local bus.

    A Megabus intercity coach.

And there's even a bus for those bound for the slammer for those of you modeling courthouses or prisons...

Nice buses, eh? BAD NEWS: They're all in HO scale though. The company also makes buses in 1:50 and 1:43 scale.

Wanna see them make their fine die-cast models in 1:160? LET THEM KNOW!

I went to their site today and politely asked them if they were going to make any buses (or any sort of vehicles) in N scale.

I IMPLORE YOU TO DO THE SAME!

Click on this link to visit their "Contact Us" page and send them a note either asking or suggesting that they make buses and other vehicles in N scale!

And even if you model older eras, please stand with us in solidarity! (You guys have Classic Metal Works after all...) And who knows, they might make classic buses and other vehicles as well! Please also share this info with other N scalers, even those who aren't on this forum (friends, fellow club members, etc). WE NEED TO LET THIS COMPANY KNOW THAT THERE IS A MARKET FOR MODERN NORTH AMERICAN N SCALE BUSES!!!

    Do it.

    DO IT!

    DO IT NOWWWWW!!!!!

    p.s. NOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!
