So that everyone understands, in light of the recent CP-KCS merger the former CP forum has been retitled Canadian Pacific Kansas City and threads which were in the KCS forum have been moved to Fallen Flags.
Under the circumstance - the KCS posts before the merger should be included in the CPKC forum. KCS posts from this point on should be referring to it as a Fallen Flag.
I don't know about that. I like the way they did it from a practical point of view. KCS is history and those threads are a part of its historical record now, and it's good to have them arranged so we can find that history when we want it.
That is why we kept it separate. If not, with time the topics would be intermingled everywhere and hard to reference.
I like how it was done and no issues with it. Technically, both CP and KCS could have been moved to the Fallen Flags and a whole ne CPKC could have been created starting with all new threads.
