Rumor was that it was stated but not officially announced at the Tulsa, OK show that Lifelike would make a traction tire retrofit to their 2-8-8-2 similiar to what Kato did to their 2-8-2. I have heard this from different sources but can find nothing about it is on the LifeLike website. Can anyone who was at Tulsa clarify what was or was not said?
From what I hear the LL steam engine will pull it's guts out without a traction tire 40-60 cars.I wonder what it would pull with one?
