Well I finally created a track plan. Due to moving into smaller housing, I had to scrap my plans for a monster layout. The space available is roughly a 75" square with a little shave off. This allows me to actually move around the layout. I am heavy into yard operations and switching. This is really my first attempt at planning a "table top" layout. I had a hard time shifting my brain from "around the walls" with penisulas (cant spell). I plan to add some more structures. I am a little bumed that I could not include the Superior Paper Mill. I just was not willing to give up space for it. I am also planning on using Kato and Atlas track. I know, you all love flex. I just want to get this thing running. I will wait for flex on my "monster layout" . Well I will try to include the track plan here. I am open to suggestions. http://www.geocities.com/pebcak2000/Images/TaylorBranch.jpg [ 09 April 2001: Message edited by: mtaylor ]

Matt, Nice track plan. You do like yards!!!! Same as me. I really like that intermodal facility too. I look forward to more details and pictures. Our modeling interests seem to be very similar. Scot
