Trainboard gang: I'm trying to locate a dozen or more snowplows, Sunrise N-207 (or the N-234 3-pack), modern plow with doors and grabs should anyone know of a source. Also, I've heard that the Sunrise Enterprise's owner was in a car wreck. Let's all pull for him. Tim
I am in the process of having a favorite shop gather some N detail parts I need. Mostly Sunrise. It's taking a little time. They also mentioned to me of hearing about an accident or illness. Boxcab E50
Tim, have you tried contacting Sunrise direct? I believe they will help if you are having trouble finding their parts, but it will be at full retail.
I'll have to give that a try. I thought that since the part is backordered at my usual pushers that production was halted, especially after hearing the news. I'll give Sunrise a call today to see if they have them in stock, and if not when they might expect a restock run. Thanks for the idea. Tim
Tim: One of my best looking snow plows was cut from sheet brass using scissors. I was amazed that I could actually do it. Just trace the outline of a plow on the brass and try it. It took me about three tries to get it right. Flash Blackman San Antonio, Texas
