Hi there. Here I am. Straight from Italy. So, two words to introduce myself to the forum. As many of you I started as a child with a toy train set. I was a LIMA. After some time I had a basket full of tracks and some loco under the bed. Everytime I wanted to play I had to put together all of my tracks and since thi took me some time I usually had to put everything in the basket before I could even play! Now my layout is contained in a 8 x 5 (meters!) room and I don't even have to remove it each time I go to bed... Nice! Ciao.
Hi Alberto, welcome, glad to have you on board. Nice that you your own train room, now that you are grown up. No More hiding things under your bed.
Welcome to TrainBoard, Alberto. I kept my railroad under the bed on a 4X8 ft. sheet of plywood ... but the 'monster' that hid under there would not let me play with it very often.
