Has anyone tried 'doubling' their capital assets by putting a different road number and maybe other details on each side of locos or rolling stock? I changed numbers on a couple of cars once, but the difference was too subtle for most people to notice - including me . If your layout is distinctly single sided you could probably push it to a different colour scheme on each side or maybe weather one side and not the other (but the roof on both ). Just curious really.
Hi Mike...You are trying to be a little different. All I do is change the loco shell and I have a complete new railroad. The guys in my club call me "different". Carl
