Hello everyone, My last layout was a DC block system I upgraded to DCC. I’m currently building a new layout and going DCC from the start but don’t want to get to far ahead of myself with track laying and wiring just yet. Would anyone be able to share some pictures of how they have their DCC systems mounted and wired up for block detection and signaling? I’m looking for pictures of how they are mounted, where their DCC components are mounted in relation to the rest of the layout and how you’re running your wiring to/from components not adjacent to the command station. My layout is double deck. I currently have a new Digitrax Evolution Advanced command station, multiple Digitrax LocoNet panels, and a PM42 yet to be installed. I also have some RRcirkits watchman, signalman and motorman boards I have yet to open (all purchased for this layout a year ago). I’m also on the fence about keeping the RRCirkits or switching everything to Digitrax. Any help or tips for component placement or how to run the wiring for them would be greatly appreciated.
