Can anyone tell me how well does Bachmann Spectrum's 2-10-0 russian decapod looks going around 18" curves. i ordered an undecorated 2-10-0 but was not sure if it would look too big or out of place taking 18 inche curves on my layout. There is no over hang with it as there would be with say something bigger like a 2-10-4 or bigger?

It will go around 18" on my break-in track. It doesn't look to bad, the small drivers and short boiler help but for best results I'd say 22" or better. It also matters what other engines you are running if they are all smaller it wouldn't look out of place.

I own a Russian, and ran it on the club's small HO scale display layout- it handled the 18" curves just fine. With curves that tight, obviously it's best to also use smaller rolling stock.
