bought the 2 sd 70m norfolk southern shells from kato.they came with no no boards called kato with no luck.where would i find no boards #2591 and 2599.if anybody has any extra i will trade or buy them
I would say keep contacting Kato. I just got a U.P. SD40 the new released Kato and it was missing the boards so I called kato USA no luck the guy was less then helpful to put it nicely he was a dummy. So I got mad and called them back and asked to be transferred to they're customer service department and what do you know I got the boards today in a small package filled with Japanese news print fresh from Japan. I can't believe how bad kato USA's customer service has gotten this was my second time that an idiot couldn't help me with a simple matter, they should get some people that know trains not some dummies that don't know jack.
