This is my repainted GP9. It will be used to Transfer Tropicana cars to CSX. The logos are from Microscale, and the stripes and numbers are custom made by Tim. I also added BLMA grab irons, cab shades, and windshield wipers. I will add cut levers once I desided on what pilot design I want to used. I also need to weather it a bit.

Looks fantastic John! What did you use for the number boards?

Randy, most of the GP9's I see are weather. Mind you that they are not SP's.

Joe, Tim made the cab numbers and number board. I would hate to cut and paste.

Nice job on the re-paint!! Just curious, what are you using for the Tropicana Cars? I've been noodling around scratchbuilding some Reefers for my layout.

    Cheers

Joe, MK4D is making the reefers. According to Tim, Mark made some reefers before the machine went down again, so I dont know the status of the Project. I Placed a order with Mark in April or May, and he told me they would be ready in three weeks. I am still waiting.

Noodling: Fishing for large Catfish by blindly sticking your arm in muddy embankments and under logs and debris, using your hand as bait, where your chances of catching a fish are the same as getting bit by a water moccasin! :tb-ooh:
