Go to this guy. He has a lot of different motors and most likely will have one for the Dec. Go to: http://stores.ebay.com/microlocomotion He might even have a page that will give you help on fitting the motor into the engine.

    Remotoring a Minitrix 2-10-0

I bought one for $5 totally intact with a burnt motor, intending to retrofit it with a Kato motor and a corrected cab shell and tender.

The project is stalled for a variety of reasons so I went on to other projects which had less resistance and higher rewards.

The resistance was first you had to use the Minitrix worm because the cab housing is very tight. Second, the Trix shaft is very thin, and my Kato shaft is thicker and I sure haven't felt like re-drilling the hole in the gear.

I have mocked it semi assembled and when done it is quite beautiful. Maybe when I clean up shop a little, I will tackle it.

My suggestion is to send the entire unit to motorman @ micorlocomotion. That way he will be able to ensure the entire motor fits like a glove.
