Thought you all might like to know that the "NEW" Badger Creek Lumber Company is being published in Model Railroading Magazine October issue 2002. Heres a link to the front cover. http://www.modelrailroadingmag.com/images/0210Cov.jpg I have had a happy 10 year association with Randy Lee, who is the editor of Model Railroading Magazine (U.S.A.) and Andrew Burnham (Continental Modeller) UK. Paul
Congratulations Paul. I was sitting here looking through the Nov. 2002 Model Railroader and thought. " I don't remember seeing that in the October issue. Then it dawned on me you said Model Railroading not railroader. Rats. There is no place withing 60 miles that I can get that issue.
Thats great news Paul, I'm running out to get me a copy in the morning! It's always nice to see fellow Trainboard members make the "Big Time". Keep up the great work!
That is a new magazine on me! Is it published or sold in the U.S.? Is there an address to order a subscription? Congratulations Paul!
CONGRATS PAUL YOU DESERVE IT WATASH: http://www.modelrailroadingmag.com just had to take off the things down to the main page and then hit enter
Great to hear that you got published! Based on the quality of your photos you definately deserve it. I'll see if I can get a copy so that I can read it although they're hard to find around here. The stupid thing about all this is that I would have subscribed to Model Railroading Magazine a long time ago except that for some reason they will only send their sample issue to the US and not Canada which makes me feel like I'm second rate so I decided if it was too much to send me a sample issue here in canada, it was too much trouble for me to give them my money. Sorry. you may be able to tell that the subject ruffles me a little.
Thanks Lady Sunshine, I have contacted the magazine for a subscripyion. Did you get my funny email to you last week? If not, email me your email to use. (One was too full) See?
Paul, your layout would improve any magazine. I'm going to have to get a copy if they sell it in Amsterdam!
Thank you to one and all, so nice to have many friends from all over the globe here at Trainboard. Thanks again Paul
Congraulation Paul, once I get "New River Pass" Done, I'm going to try to get it into Model Railroader. Anyway congraulation! Now be prepare to have people knock on ur door 24/7 to see the Trainset hehe.
Congrats Paul, with your skills you deserve it, and it's not only a matter of skills but as an expert like you are, that keeps helping beginners with no experience at all, you deserve it more than anyone. Paul
Once again my thanks to one and all for the kind replies. Alan, that was my twin you were talking to Paul
