Is PnP Hobbies still around? I placed an order on his website, paid via Paypal, and I'm kinda wondering if Paul got the order? I have his phone number but no return call there. Anyone order from him recently? Jeff
Anyone? So far I received a one line email "I'll call you tomorrow." - no phone call. Since PnP is an advertiser here can TB be of any help?
Do not let it go beyond PayPal's time limit, otherwise they will not help you straighten it out. He must have gotten your message about the order, else why would he have emailed you at all? Bill in FtL
How long has it been since you ordered? I would do as Bil suggested if the time for action gets too short.
Update - Paul at PnP does not return phone calls nor emails (returned only 1). His wife returned one email stating he would call. He never did such. I was able to get a hold of him last Saturday after continued calling on my behalf. He was supposed to mail my item at the beginning of the week and has not done so as of yet (talked to him today again). I will not order from him in the future. Seems a little too questionable to me.
