Ok, I have 2 lightboards from locos, but I forgot to label them, can anyone with these models help ID? GP38 -- SD24 -- Trainmaster The numbers on the boards themselves are: 645-X001, and 645-X001R2 (which is a bit longer and has more resistors/diode thingys on it). Tried the official website schematics, but that led me nowhere :angry: Any help is appreciated!
All three of these locos take the same length light board. They are interchangeable. The Trainmaster light board had a diode and light bulb setup. The newer boards with "golden white" LEDs are the 645-X001R2 and have the extra components to protect the LEDs from reverse voltage spikes. Mark
