Photos will not load

    Hi, I tried to load photos to a post and I got an error message that the file does not have a proper extension. I took the photos with my cell phone and had no problem with it on the Frisco website.

    What can I do to fix the problem?

    I received the photos. I believe your filenames are too long. Shorten them and try again.

    I tried to do it on my cell phone but wasn't able to correct the problem so I will go to the library tomorrow and try again.

    I can shorten them tonight and e-mail them back to you if needed. I didn't realize that you weren't able to do it. The filenames were veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy long.

    That would be great. The computers in the library are pretty limited on what you can do.
