Today I watched the Pentrex "Train Meets" DVD.

This is about modern railroading around California capturing where 2 trains meet. Some excellent footage with lots of intermodal action. There isnt a lot of commentary but each location is put on the screen.

Quite a great deal of BNSF, UP and SP action.

An excellent DVd for resourcing great scenery locations.

Here are a few pics taken off the DVD

Sweet! I first saw this DVD case 2 weekends ago at the GATS. When I read the title "Train Meets" my first thought was "Oh my lord, a Pentrex video dedicated to head on locomotive collisions???!

I then read the back cover and realized what their version of "train meets" means.

I have frequent problems on my layout with train meets, also known as cornfield meets. I am still an undiciplined DCC user.
