Well, here goes. There may be other ways but I did this and it worked and was easy. Above "Nthebasement" posted a link for a Shapeways item. Very nice and I appreciate the designs that the developer has done. My way is much less expensive. I start with this: I may be violating board rules but : this is a Plastruct item 90661 cat.#STAS-2 and comes in pack of 2 styrene stairs. Decide which way you want the stair to rotate around the tank and then take a very sharp pair of snips and cut off the solid part off of each step. Once all the stiffener is removed you can start on top and glue a couple of rungs to the tank. As you go down you can adjust the steepness as you glue. Once all rungs are secure add the Plastruct hand rails. I do not know what your tank material is so not sure about glue to use. You want to be able to set the steps as quickly as possible. In my case, my tank and stairs were both styrene so I used MEK, yes bad stuff, but sets up instantly. I know, clear as mud, Be well, Carl
I have been 'collecting' smaller cans of in particular 'sliced' olives. My wife liked the olives. ☻ Initially I'll be using paper printed on our color printer for color and detail. I hope to have pics later this week. Dimensions: 2" High x 2.75" Diameter 3"High x 2.75" Diameter Bonus: Oh, and the grandson learned about calculating the surface dimensions of a cylinder.
