Greetings, solutions, and all that rot. I am very glad to be a member (new) to this forum. I consider myself a beginner eventhough I have done some building. I'm just not very good at it. My old, fat fingers get in the way. I have lots of questions. Hope that some day I can contribute. Thanks for having me.

    David-

Welcome to TrainBoard! Do not worry about those fingers. Don't worry about how good you are. Just have fun.

David, I'd say that even the most looked-up-to master model builder was, at one point, a fat fingered newbie with glue smears on his projects. Keep practicing and having fun with the hobby (after all, that's the real point of the whole thing)

Hi David, Welcome to the TrainBoard, happy to have you onboard. Don't worry about being a Newbie. Newbies teach us Old Fogies new ways to do things because they haven't learned "it can't be done that way." Looking forward to seeing what you're doing.

Thanks all. Tis' a warm welcome and I appreciate it. And Hank, I like your tag. I've always told everyone that I taught Peter Pan everything he has ever known.

I've been out of here fighting a virus on my puter for the past few days ... but I'd like to add my welcome to Trainboard too. :)

Well, yes, there is that. I must confess that I lean that way more than the asprin pampering. LOL
