Well guys,with the upcoming release of Atlas's new code 55 track and turnouts,and the endless frustration of my Micro-Engineering turnouts and unrealistic code 70 track,I ripped it up! My GTW Loon River subdivision layout is a 2'x8' switching pike and I need flawless,smooth operation and good electrical continuity,the ME turnouts were just too unreliable. I beleive I made the right decision,I have a feeling the Atlas track will perform well.
Jerry, I think you made the right decision too! I use code 55 track (Peco) and it looks much better than the larger stuff. Good luck with the new trackwork, and let us know how it goes
