Greetings al from Escanaba Mi.l. My wife and just discovered the magic of Model railroading via our 1 year old grandson and am going to buy our first RTR kit here very soon. I still have my old Lionel Nickel plate (IIRC) from my childhood, but we're going to set up a new O scale display that we can enjoy with the grandkids.
her interest is in the toy trainsand mine lies more in the history and landscapes so I' looking forward to joining our two interests.
looking forward to learning from the collective wisdom of the group.
    Cheers!

    Bruce

Welcome to TrainBoard, Bruce! Nice to have you and your wife, plus great to know you have that youngster, who has started early with his own interest.

Welcome aboard, Bruce. I seem to remember greeting another UP resident here just recently. I have family in the lower part of MI.

Hi Bruce, Welcome to the TrainBoard, happy to have you and your wife on board. Please feel free to ask away. Each of us know a few of the answers, and all of us combined should be able to answer anything...almost. :)
