Well I have got a track plan drawn up finally, its not the best of ones, but its all I have had time to do, I will get a better one done on a CAD program at a later date. The new MC web site Here
Nothing wrong with the plan, Matt. But how about the explanations to go with the structure reference numbers?
Greetings from MONTANA! Interesting that you have a cement plant. There was a major shipper just east of Lewistown, (Heath-US Gypsum), that was a major supplier for the wallboard industry. Boxcab E50
Here is the key to the buildings.... There is to be a staging yard on both ends of the mainline (the line with arrows on the ends). 1. Metal Fabrication. 2. Food distribution wearhouse. 3. Furniture Manufacturing. 4. Cement Silo. 5. Grain Silo. 6. Heating oil and LPG Distribution. 7. General goods wearhouse. 8. Team track. 9. Shop buildings (Small Town USA) Green lines are roads, these will most likely change when I get round to doing them.
You dont have any photos of their plant do you? and a pic of their logo? as I would love to be able to have a "real" company owning it.
Your plan looks really good, even better on your home site. U put together a very nice industrial area to model. Can't wait to see a plan done in CAD or something. Ever considered Atlas RTS? i also liked your models
