Hello, I am an O scale collector and am trying to incorporate an HO scale monorail into my set as part of a kid's section. I am trying to find out info on people's experience with the HO monorail system from Walthers catalog-quality/functionality etc. Also is it practical to it light up? I don't know why they could'nt have illuminated it out of the factory. Thanks much for any help, Big Train Guy Chris
Hey Chris, I recently seen the Walthers monorail system working at a train show I was at. It was all lit up including the elevated stations they had built. It really looked kind of neat. They also had some type of optical sensors built in so it would stop at each station and then take off again on its own!
