Here's an informal contest... An interesting photo *I* would like to see would be to capture everything on your layout (rolling stock, motive power, etc.) that all belongs to one line. (Extra credit if it is all Frisco. ) So, line it all up and see how much of any one road you can get into a photo (sitting on your layout). Any scale will do. We'll see if we can come up with a prize for the best photo. Charlie
Based on my database, I've come up with 88 locos and rolling stock all in one road name (Duluth Missabe & Iron Range). I don't know if I could fit all that in one picture
Same problem here too... Last count, I have 214 pieces and still not one layout to run them on. And YES, they are all Delaware & Hudson

That one shot would be boring. I would like to see one shot of detail anywhere on your layout without a train in it. That is what I wanna see. So if you have one post it and lets see the winner of that. BTW I have about 25 of one name, I lose.
I have an odd Problem. I have almost 80 cars. 3 Boxcars and 6 flatcars have TTX or RailBox markings (same company). That is my largest collection of cars under one "owner". I have an Ex WM, Ex-Chessie and one custom engine that are all intended for my own A&A railroad. I have a MOW train and a couple extra cars that are meant to by A&A-owned but have no markings on them yet. So techincally, I could put a GTW boxcar and a Dixie Line hopper together and declare them as the same owner. I have several Private owner/ leasing cars, so i have very few matching sets. Here are the only cars with an engine that all have the same owner. (BTW...Scenery still a work in progress)

A good start.... We're still waiting to see those switching yards or sidings filled with "home" colors - especailly, fallen flags. I'll send a brand new Pentrex DVD to the "winner". Everyone can post and I'll appoint myself as the judge. Charlie

We're still waiting for those photos. I have about 50 or 60 Frisco N scale boxcars. That would make a good photo but I have no layout.
I don't think I have more than 10-15 pieces (out of my 250+ inventory) from a single line - it's all mixed - - - sooooo, I'm out unless "Atlas" counts as a single line
Do they all have to be the same, by that I mean would NS, N&W, Southern, and Conrail all count as NS if I model modern?
