Anyone know what is the complete set of the Kato sets like this? The parks, downtown, etc...and if there is a picture of a layout in N Scale with all of them on it? Thanks for your help. Would also need to get them in the USA. I can find some, but want a picture of a layout with the entire set, so I can see what it looks like. What items are needed to make the main picture on the box?
I couldn't tell you all the parts right now, but I can tell you that the station in the back is the elevated station set. There are a few expansions for that, so I don't think that picture is just the base set. I see it most used with the Shinkansen trains. I know there are a few street plates they call "station area" so they fit with this station and others. There are also others that have blank spots for their urban buildings. (Top right corner in your picture.) The buildings don't look very American. This is simply a modular road system, it isn't really a "complete set." The Kato streetcar/trolley system should also work with these road plates. I don't know the rules on posting a link to this website, but check out Newhall Station. They sell your set, the detail set for it, and other street plates. They are listed under Kato structures. Page 4 has more street parts. The station set is on page 1.
