We are back from the weekend. You know the drill folks, grab a iced coffee or tea, a do-nut and a chair, gather around the AC and lets talk about what we got done this past Weekend.

Saturday: My weekend unofficially started on Friday this past week so I got busy with the decals on the DRG&W GP30. As with the first time, the decals have been a pain, but generous amounts of Solvaset and a soft #0 brush has tamed the Bronco that are the decals. I also made a trip to the post office for the last package to pick up for Miss Jessica. Saturday was spent getting a lot of Domestic duties done and yes, getting ready for winter. Lawn mowing, weed control and brush work was on the agenda. I then Worked on installing the last part on Jessica before treating her to a nice deep cleaning in anticipation for her trip.

We finished the day with pizza, beer and a movie.

Sunday: Was more of the same. More brush control, more cleaning. I did manage to get a lot done on my B&M module transport.

The case is just over 3-feet long by 20 inches tall and 14.5 inches deep. The two three foot modules rest on the rails in the upper position while the shuffle yard two foot module rest below. There is room below the two foot module for the DCC Power Cab, power wire and any other electrical needs. the small box area just right of the two foot module will hold the freight cars and locomotives that I plan to run with this module. With most train shows in New England just being a few hours long on one day, this set up will let me bring everything I need in one trip from the Focus. The box is not done yet, I hope to have it finished next Saturday.

So how about you? How was your weekend? Let us know. We'll assemble again on Friday the 17th. Until then, have a great week, stay cool and safe and as always...

    High Greens!

A friend helped me load and move my sole remaining, old N-Trak module from storage to home. Not sure what I'll do with it, as I have very little spare space. But at least it is not in a land fill.
