Welcome back to the Station. It’s time to gather around and see what we have planned for the weekend.

Saturday: I finally get a break and get to go to a train show, my first since I moved here. I’ll be running with my club, The Concord Model RR club in southern NH. Maybe now I can run that CB&Q geep I bought in August!

Sunday: I plan to celebrate my Mom’s birthday and the weather is supposed to be nice so some relaxing is in order.

So how about you? What do you have planned? Let us know. We’ll assemble again on Monday the 12th to see how we all did. Until then, have a great weekend, stay safe and as always...

    High Greens!

I have two outhouses to build this week. Last week I went to build them and found missing parts. I have the replacement parts and now I can build them. Other than that not much else going on other than a train show in SLC on Sunday I will be attending.

Continuing the bridge project from last weekend. During the week got the track in place and when I test fitted the bridge found out that I had somehow got the bridge abutments too high. I really did not like the track raising up just as it approaches the bridge so during this past week I worked on the abutments with a file and sandpaper to get the fit just right. So now I am touching up paint and scenery around the abutments and hopefully over the weekend will have this bridge in place and some track in and wired.

Last weekend I started scratchbuilding a depot based on the WM one in Parsons, West Virginia. This weekend I am done with everything but the cupola and some fine details!
