Is there a speaker <0.15" thick?

    Before I swap this, for something else, I may as well try my first speaker swap.
    This is an MRC 1645 in a Kato Salute to Veterans road 42 P42.
    The speaker sticks up 0.17"
    That's about 0.02 to 0.04 " too much. Note the gap in the bottom pic above with beech grove.


    I'm going to try to make this work. Especially since the JMRI definition is off and I'm going to see if my daughter wants to try her hand at fixing it...

    Hey gatr! Not without milling. Since I found a speaker, for under 10bucks, that's about 1.5mm thinner, I'll try that first. Thanks!
